Things get muddy when Mike and Scott dive into the lines set around Emotional Support Animals and their counter parts -- service and therapy animals. 

Episode Cocktail: The Sidecar

  • Superfine Sugar

  • Lemon Wedge

  • 2 oz cognac-style brandy

  • 1 oz orange liqueur

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

Cover a small plate with sugar. Run the lemon wedge on rim of martini glass and dip in sugar. Fill shaker with 3/4 ice and brandy, orange liqueur, and lemon juice. Shake for 15 secs. Strain into the martini glass.
